SHS donation project 2023

We are delighted to support the Felix Neureuther Foundation for more exercise for children and young people with our donation this year.

The scientifically based exercise programme “Beweg dich schlau! mit Felix Neureuther” (BDS) aims to convey the joy of exercise and lay the foundations for a health-oriented life as early as possible. Physical health, mental balance and cognitive performance are promoted through playful movement exercises that activate the mind and body at the same time. The programme currently consists of the modules “BDS Kita” (children aged 1 to 3 and 4 to 6 years), “BDS Campus” (primary school) and “BDS Ferien” and promotes motor, cognitive and emotional-social development through age-appropriate perception and movement stimuli. The programme also contains suggestions and digital content for educators, teachers and parents.

We are convinced that exercise should become more important again as a preventative factor for health, especially in the digital age, and are therefore delighted to be able to support the Felix Neureuther Foundation from SHS.
