matrix®, the world’s first digital implant, receives prestigious Red Dot Award: Product Design

The Red Dot Award is like the Oscar for product design. We would like to congratulate our portfolio company TRI® Dental Implants on its Red Dot Award for the world’s first digital implant matrix®. With this new kind of implant connection, dentists can plan the prosthetics for their patients directly on the implant, without an abutment or cementation. matrix® has therefore been specifically designed for new digital manufacturing technologies such as CAD/CAM milling and 3D printing. The global launch of the digital implant is planned for late September 2020.
