Market study medical technology 2020 – with data on equity and M&A transactions

The M&A consultancy Clairfield and Luther Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft prepared this informative study with the support of the German Medical Technology Association (BVMed) and the German Engineering Federation (VDMA). The study gives you an overview of the current development of medical technology in Germany, Europe, the USA and Asia: from a legal, technical and transaction-oriented perspective.

Due to our focus on equity solutions in the medical technology environment, the authors of the study asked us to contribute our assessments of industry trends and transaction markets.

The study contains statements and interviews with SHS partners Steinbacher, Zimmermann, Ulmer-Weber and Leonhardt. In addition, you will read an interview with the managing director of a medical technology medium-sized company that was recently added to our portfolio.
