Brigitte Macron meets surgery robot CARLO® from AOT

On the occasion of a meeting of the renowned French Académie Nationale de Chirurgie at the Institut Faire Faces, the First Lady of France, Brigitte Macron, was able to personally convince herself of the performance of the CARLO® surgical robot. The Institut Faire Faces was founded in 2009 in Amiens, the birthplace of Brigitte Macron, and develops new diagnostic and therapeutic procedures to restore the form and function of patients’ faces. The CARLO® surgical robot for high-precision laser cutting of bones, developed by the Swiss medtech company AOT, is used in surgery in Amiens.
